Pricing for Market Rate Homes

Ten of the thirty townhomes at Troy Gardens will be sold at market-rate prices, and will not be subject to (a) a first-time homebuyer requirement or (b) income restrictions. As such, these homes will not be subject to our resale price formula.

• 2 Bedroom (1,150 sq feet): $154,500
  • Accepting waiting list reservations
• 3 Bedroom(1.650 sq feet): $194,500

Prices will increase 2.5% on August 1, 2006.

Condominium Dues: Condominium dues will be between $125 and $150 per month, and will include all ground lease fees.
