City of Madison CDBG Office: The CDBG Office has provided invaluable support to Troy Gardens, including the provision of long-term financing to cover the purchase of land as well as to subsidize the cost of constructing the income-restricted units. The CDBG Office has also provided a substantial zero-interest construction loan to further reduce our costs of construction.

Urban Open Space Foundation: UOSF holds a conservation easement protecting the greenspace areas of Troy Gardens, and coordinated much of the restoration work on the natural areas of Troy Gardens.
