Reserving Your Home at Troy Gardens

Before you submit your reservation for a home at Troy Gardens, there are a few things you will need to do:

1. Attend an orientation session -- and fill out an application form;

2. Attend a homebuyer education seminar;
3. Meet with one of our participating lenders to get a mortgage pre-approval;
4. Sit down with our staff for a one-on-one meeting.

Once you've done all that -- you are ready fill out a reservation form (pdf) for a home at Troy Gardens.

Reservations for remaining homes at Troy Gardens will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. See the Site Plan page to find out which homes are still available.
